OSPF NBMA non-broadcast

If we donot specify any network type in NBMA with "ip ospf network"then it is non-broadcast mode(its default mode).In nonbroadcast mode neighbor statements are required only on the DR/BDR(Hubs).and are not required on spokes in partial mesh.but on full-mesh we may need neighbor statements on all routers unless DR/BDR are statically configured with priority command.DR/BDR election takes place with configuring higher priority on DR. this is config of full-mesh topology
